Clean car wash, strong vacuums, towels always available along with the glass cleaning spray, and I want to thank Amy for helping me with cleaning the bugs off my car!!! Highly recommend this car wash!

The service here is amazing! I paid for the top wash and there was still a big stain on the side of the car, being a little worried about it, I talked to Justin and him and Fabi offered to wash the stain off by hand! I was super grateful for that and will definitely come back

Karla and Amy were the best !!! They were so nice and helpful ! They even asked if I needed help with cleaning my car after the wash! I will definitely be returning to this location 🥰 You guys are amazing!!

I’ve been to a lot of car washes, but Tidal Wave Auto Spa really stands out. The whole process is smooth, quick, and my car always comes out looking brand new.What really made my experience was Karla. She is genuinely an amazing person super friendly, helpful, and you can tell she actually cares about the customers. She took her time to make sure everything was done right and made me feel welcome the whole time. Great service, great energy, and great results every visit. Big thanks to Karla for making it even better. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I recently visited Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Kissimmee and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. Karla stood out in particular. She helped me choose the right wash and made sure everything was set up correctly before I went through. Her customer service attitude made a big difference. 🙂 (Smile Face) The wash did an excellent job and my vehicle came out very clean with a nice shine. I also liked the vacuum area with free vacuums and cleaning supplies. The place is well maintained and easy to use. Overall, great service, great results, and I would definitely recommend this location.
